1. first install guest editions under Devices tab

2. reboot

3. under devices click share folder, click add new 
   shared folder and search for the folder you would 
   want to share. 
   
   NB. clicking read only makes virtual pc only read
   not delete or copy files from the folder being shared
   Choosing make permanent allows the shared folder to
   be shared all the time every time u log on to the 
   virtual pc.


4. right click my computer and click map network drive

5. choose network drive letter u would want it to have

6. beside "Folder:" type \\vboxsvr\type ur sharing folder name here

7. ensure reconnect at logon is selected and click finish

8. Thats it.
